Bespoke Ride Class Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

I am aware that all appointments have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel an appointment within the early cancellation window will result in losing the appointment, and full charge for the appointment at hand will apply. (Applicable for S-to-S packages only)

 

Refund Policy:
I understand that all sales are final and that anything I have purchased is non-refundable and cannot be returned; only transferred.
Payment Plan:

I understand that the Month-To-Month payment plan, is offered to me as a convenient payment option, and that Bespoke Ride Sports Services will be directly billing or debiting my credit/debit card every month, as long as I am using the service. I am aware that payments are processed within the first week of each month. I will inform Bespoke Ride Sports Services at least 72 hours before the beginning of the next month if I wish to stop or pause my subscription to the payment plan, if not, I understand that my card will be charged as usual.

 

Freezing Month-to-Month Plans:
I understand that freezing my package is only available if I have purchased multiple months in a lump sum package. There will be a freezing charge of 80 Dirhams for a single week, 100 Dirhams for two weeks and 150 Dirhams for 1 month. All other sales are final and cannot be frozen.

To maintain the high quality of Bespoke Ride Sports Services community, we have terms, conditions and rules governing all the subscriptions such as minimum standards of behaviour and conduct, use of the facilities and all additional services that Bespoke Ride Sports Services offers. The Company has the right to reject any Client Application if the terms and conditions are violated.
